What can bring out the leader in you ..

Leadership is an important feature that every person -in my opinion- must have. Its something that will make you show up and become an important person in your life & others.
You will surely need leadership in your future, In your studies, and also in your career. Not everyone can be a great leader, some try & fail .. and some are just followers.
I think, its the way you're raised that can bring out the leadership in you, its the way you're treated by the people who you're with everyday. Your parents are the ones who make this feature grow in you, and then you increase the leadership in you by yourself, once you get it and once you're old enough to know whats right from wrong. Confidence, honesty, loyalty & believing in yourself brings out the leadership in you. they are the things that can make you a great leader.

You have to be a responsible person to make this great leader, You must know how to control your self and the things around you. you must know how to work things out when they go wrong.

Some become leaders, strong leaders, but not all are good leaders; some are leaders with bad ideas filled in their minds. They are the ones who make everything great but only for their sake. not everyone Else's sake as well. When you become a leader you should think of others and of-course you shouldn't forget yourself.

You should believe in yourself, nothing is impossible.. You can be anything you want.. Life isn't easy, you must work hard for the things you want to achieve. Believe in yourself, You're not lower than anyone, You're just like everyone else. But you can prove yourself, stand up and be on the top. Become a good leader, lead people, lead them to the better.

Having good leadership is hard to find, but you, with a strong confidence, You can always make it.
